"Amazing! Marjette was a great chef and guide, very friendly and funny. Lots of beer and wine, and meat and cheese board. We got to make fantastic food including Pateis de Nata, Portuguese risotto, pork short ribs, codfish and scallop potatoes, and egg croquettes. Venue was air conditioned and very professional looking, with dedicated chef stations and induction stoves."
"This was one of our favorite experiences in Portugal. Our hostess Dolce (sp?) was so friendly, knowledgable and had a darling personality. The food was delicious and we can't wait to recreate this meal at home (she gave us all the recipes). I would highly recommend this cooking class!"
